The organization has been engaged in providing and facilitating the upgradation of skill training programs at its own center and others also. The main purpose was to eradicate the poverty by promoting skill upgradation training to youth so that they get better opportunity in wage/self employment. The details were as follows:

Different techniques are used for planning, implementing and monitoring (research/studies) of development activities sponsored by Government or International Agencies/Donors.
  • More than 300 SHGs formed & linked with Bank, more than 100 SHGs have got CCL sanctioned.
  • Trained more than 19000 PRI Members in Shahjahanpur, Pilibhit, Aligarh & Hathras in U.P.
  • Promotion of Agriculture & Allied sectors (Horticulture, Food Processing, Dairy, Poultry, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry) in 15 Blocks of district- Shahjahanpur.
  • Promotion of Vegetable Cultivation through training of 23 SHGs in Shahjahanpur.
  • Promotion of more than 100 Micro Enterprises in district- Azamgarh.
  • 37 women trained on Goat rearing and small scale poultry
  • Successfully educated source population of migrants to prevent HIV, AIDS in district- Azamgarh funded by USAID/PACT.
  • Successfully changed behavior of more than 600 Female Sex Workers in district- Hardoi through Targeted Intervention Project to prevent HIV, AIDS.
  • Conducted Women Empowerment project ‘Swayamsiddha’ in Block- Tiloi, District- Amethi
  • Promoted institutional health services by conducting ‘Sankalp’ project in Kanpur, Unnao, Farrukhabad & Jhansi.
  • Conducted Training Need Analysis of 2 departments viz., Revenue and Education for DoPT, GOI.
  • Developed DPRs of 2 districts (Budget: Rs. 450 Million each) of Azamgarh and Hamirpur (U.P.) under RSVY for Planning Commission, GOI.
  • Developed DPRs (Budget: Rs. 50 Million) of district Azamgarh (U.P.) under PURA for Planning Commission, GOI.
  • Designed & Developed Training Modules for 5 Government Departments viz., Revenue, Health, Education, Public Distribution System, and Social Welfare of district- Jhansi for DoPT.
  • More than 700 Adolescent Girls were vocationally trained on Tailoring, Beautician, Soft Toys, Leather Bag Manufacturing, and other soft skills.
  • Identified & Developed more than 100 Traditional Healers in Unnao to act as Volunteer for TB control.
  • Identified & Developed more than 35 Female Sex Workers in Hardoi to act as Volunteer for HIV, AIDS Prevention.
  • Identified & Developed more than 65 Women in Kanpur, Unnao, Farrukhabad & Jhansi to act as Volunteer for the promotion of institutional health services.
  • Identified & Developed more than 150 Farmers in Shahjahanpur to act as Volunteer for the promotion of agriculture & allied sectors.
  • Identified & Developed more than 200 women in District- Amethi to act as Volunteer for the promotion of agriculture & allied sectors.
  • Identified & Developed more than 20 youths in district- Jaunpur to act as Volunteer.
  • Developed a Panel of Consultants/Experts of diverse fields.
  • Empanelled with administrative training institute of U.P. viz., UPAAM as Consultant.
  • Empanelled with Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India as National Level Monitor (NLM) for Monitoring of all schemes of MoRD & MoW&S.
