The quest for high productivity at low costs provide powerful impetus to seek out skilled manpower from abroad by the developed economies which are experiencing shortage of skill manpower due to ageing populations also. Most of the developed countries have imposed barriers in one form or the other to block movement of prospective migrants to their countries. On average about ten countries with the largest international migrant stocks are, respectively, the United States (US), Russia, Germany, Ukraine, France, Saudi Arabia, Canada, India, United Kingdom, and Spain. Likewise, top source or sending countries include Mexico, Russia, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, the Philippines, etc.
We should also keep our eyes on those countries in Europe and North America which are dependent on imported manpower in varying degrees. For example, the migrant population in Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Sweden, Greece, Isle of Man, France, and Italy comprise 10 to 50% of the country’s entire population. However, an important destination is the Middle East, which is also heavily dependent on migrant workers. India has a very strong presence in the Gulf region. Particularly significant is its strong contingents of migrant workers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
Thus, there is a great opportunity of developing required skilled manpower in India by providing skill training in India an aboard. SIR has been trying to address these critical gaps of availing skilled manpower abroad. India has a remarkable size of youth population without skill and employment, which has a very less contribution in the development of economy. By providing globally accepted quality / standard skill training to youth will be instrumental in eradicating the poverty by providing employment to such youth and utilizing their skills positively.
This concept will be helpful in removing the poverty and unemployment crisis from all developing countries which are facing the similar situation and not able to increase the employment opportunities in their countries. SIR is set to conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA), Counseling, Skill Training, Assessment & Certification, Placement Support, etc. to aspiring youth of India as well as other countries. The mission of SIR is the sustainable growth of human beings by empowering them socially, economically, educationally and physically,. We dream to form such a society, where is no place for the identity of caste, region, religion, language, income, etc.
Everybody of the society could feel pleasure in helping others without any expectation and everybody try not to be dependent upon others for help but keep trying on one's own. There should be a friendly, loving, sacrificing, emotional, moral, professional, accountable, and positive environment to lead a cheerful life. The goal of SIR is to reduce the drudgery of common people. The drudgery might be related with consumption i.e. Economical, or access/recognition i.e. Social factor, knowledge i.e. Education, or health i.e. Physical factors.
